Nurseries News Round-Up – Week 9

Your weekly round-up of news from around our wonderful Golden Apples Family nurseries is here!

THE GREAT OUTDOORS!

The Anchor, Huntingdon

The kids and staff at The Anchor had a wonderful week in the woods – with the highlights being an Easter egg hunt in the forest and a lovely nature walk in the countryside around the nursery. Spring has sprung for the Golden Apples Family!

FENCE FAILS!

Bluebell, Eltisley

The team at Bluebell enjoyed some mega-LOLs this week over the new gate system – which had to be implemented due to a broken fence post. Some staff members ended up walking into the fence during lunch – leading to some good laughs for their colleagues!

STAR BAKERS!

The Appletree, Attleborough

The Bramley Room showed what star bakers they truly are, preparing and cooking their own pudding for lunch with the help of Lyndsey – their lovely kitchen assistant. Wonderfully decorated dairy-free cupcakes were on the menu and they looked delicious – a fabulous learning experience and a very satisfying result. Well donem everyone!

READY TO READ!

The Cornerstone, Martlesham

The Ducklings did some fab independent reading in cosy corner – just look how snuggly all those cushions are. Jealous!
