If something doesn’t feel right, we can only address it when we know about it. Sharing a concern is never about blame — it’s about understanding what has happened and making sure it doesn’t happen again. Once you’ve passed it on, you are not responsible for fixing the issue; letting us know is enough.

Speaking up is part of our shared duty of care. If something has affected your child, your family, or could affect someone else, we encourage you to let us know, even if you feel unsure. You are welcome to share as much or as little as you feel able.
